In addition to Custom Molded and Fabricated EPS, we also can offer Flexible Foam for lightweight and delicate products.

Each of these Flexible Foams has unique characteristics that can be matched to your specific packaging need. Regardless of the Flexible Foam selected, they all have the ability to provide reduced load-bearing performance, a feature required for lightweight or delicate products. Flexible Foams can be used in many applications, but they are particularly effective for packaging smaller electronic equipment, fragile medical devices and laboratory testing equipment.

Flexible Foams can be cut and fabricated to create carton inserts, corner pads, end caps and other configurations that protect products such as computers, computer accessories, office equipment, medical tools and devices, delicate analytical equipment and many other lightweight, delicate products.

Flexible Foams have soft non-abrading surfaces, important for the protection of delicate surfaces.
